Sentou Gakuen: Revival is a massively multiplayer online RPG with a visual novel format and tons of jokes and content aimed at players of visual novels. In this "visual novel", the other players are the other characters, and you chat with VN-style text boxes.

Sentou Gakuen is jam-packed with content: there's a lot of character customization and a huge open world past the school. On the other hand, the game's largely VN-style nature and frequent wait periods for things like healing mean that in some respects, it's similar to a time-gated browser or app game rather than a traditional MMO. There's also the fact that although there are tons of features, like expansive personal skillsets and dungeons to do with other players, not all of these features are fully realized.
A Battle Of Choices
Overall, Sentou Gakuen: Revival has an intriguing concept that falls flat in many areas but might still exceed in enough to catch someone's interest. If you love wacky hijinks and enjoy visual novels, especially dating sims, you might find this game fun. The same applies if you want an MMO with a slower pace and a non-fantasy theme. If none of that catches your eye, though, you might consider other, more conventional titles.
